An interaction session was organized by Women’S  Cell on 24 August 2015 in AV Hall.  Ms. Meenakshi Bhanjdeo, Director, Pravah Initiative, Jaipur interacted with the students as an expert . Ms. Bhanjdeo shred her experiences and talked about the  aspects of day to day discrimination and stereotypical assumptions of what men and women absorb and accept as final. Students of Sociology and Women’s Studies participated in the session. Ms.  Chanda Asani also interacted and  asked  the students what they considered gender as, and asked them to write in five minutes. After that she proceeded to share gender issues related to beauty, menstrual health, History and religion. Around 50 students participated in the session.
