The Department of Sociology of the University is organizing an Interdisciplinary National Conference sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research, on “Sustainable Development in Rural India: Efforts & Challenges ” to be held on 18-19 September, 2012. Interested students who wish to participate in the conference may collect the registration form from the University Reception; the same should be deposited duly filled in along with a registration amount of R 300/- by 25th August, 2012. The conference brochure is attached herewith.
