Mentor Guardian Programme
IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur initiated the Mentor Guardian Programme to strengthen the bond between students and teachers. The programme aims to foster constructive interaction, guidance, and mentorship between Faculty Members and students.

Programme Overview
Each Mentor Guardian is assigned a list of students every year and is responsible for observing their academic performance, personal growth, and overall well-being. This helps the mentor understand and guide students effectively through their educational journey.
The Mentor Guardian system also facilitates communication between students, teachers, and parents, ensuring holistic development and support for each student.
A Mentor Guardian is:

- An encourager, friend, guide, and coach

Roles of a Mentor Guardian

Responsibilities of the Mentor Guardian
- Commit to the Mentor Guardian system with sincerity.
- Monitor the academic and personal growth of students.
- Discuss and resolve issues faced by students.
- Recognize and nurture student talents.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular activities.
- Meet with students monthly and parents once per session.
- Maintain confidentiality and records of meetings.
Responsibilities of Students
- Meet regularly with the assigned Mentor Guardian.
- Seek academic and personal guidance actively.
- Participate in open and honest discussions.
- Take initiative in career development.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the programme.
Activities Conducted by the Mentor Guardian System
Various interactive, mentoring, and development-oriented activities are conducted regularly to strengthen the mentor-student relationship.
