About the Convocation
The Convocation Ceremony is the most prestigious academic event of IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur. It marks the culmination of years of academic pursuit and celebrates the achievements of our graduating students.
The 11th Convocation of IIS (deemed to be University) will be a grand celebration honouring the graduating class of 2026. Degrees will be conferred upon successful candidates of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes.

Instructions for the Graduands
Dress Code
- Graduands must wear the prescribed academic robe and cap during the ceremony
- Formal attire is mandatory underneath the academic robe
- Robe and cap will be distributed at the designated venue
Attendance
- Graduands must report at the venue at least 1 hour before the ceremony
- Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory
- Carry your University ID card and registration confirmation
General Rules
- Mobile phones must be switched off during the ceremony
- Maintain decorum and discipline throughout the event
- Follow the seating arrangement as instructed
For Parents/Guardians
- Separate seating arrangement for parents and guests
- Entry passes will be issued to registered guests only
- Parking facilities available at the campus
