Notice :Passport drive for students in the university

NOTICE

The Univesity, in collaboration with the Passport Office, Government of India, is planning to have a special drive to get Indian Passport to its students and employees. The Passport Seva Kendra will give a special appointment slot to all the applicants if the application is processed through the University.

All the interested students and all the staff members (not in possession of a passport) are required to fill the Letter of Interest (available at the University Reception) and submit the same latest by 20 February 2017 at the Reception.

Applicants to note that the following documents may be needed later when applying formally:

·         Aadhaar Card

·         Date of Birth Proof (a copy of secondary exam certificate)

·         ID Card of the University

Kindly note that it is desired of all the staff members to hold an Indian Passport.
